Algo Vision Luratech - Berlin, Germany
Algo Vision LuraTech GmbH is one of the leading developers of JPEG2000 implementations and technology for the compression of images, data and scanned documents in color.

Alinari - Florence, Italy
Fratelli Alinari, founded in Florence in 1852, is the oldest firm in the world in the field of photography and more generally in image and communication. The birth of photography and the history of the Firm go hand in hand in their development and growth, as witnessed by the immense fund of 3.500.000 photographs Alinari owns today.

Elysium - Crowborough, UK
Founded in 1991 Elysium Ltd have spent the past 11 years pioneering advanced data driven websites and software - winning many awards for their use of Internet technology on the way.

EPFL, Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne - Lausanne, Switzerland
The Signal Processing Laboratory of EPFL is one of the largest Laboratories at EPFL. Its mission is to create new knowledge and technologies for better use of signals, images and image sequences.

NetImage - Gargilesse, France
Created in 1997, NetImage is a company devoted to design and development of electronic image applications and its related activities. It takes advantage of a know-how based on Standards and New Technologies in the image field

SACD, Société des Auteurs et Compositeurs Dramatiques - Paris, France
The SACD, a collective management society, collects royalties on behalf of its members from theatrical companies, amateur performance groups, radio and television broadcasters and cable operators.  The SACD has a membership of 28,000 authors. Every year, 1,500 new members join and 9,000 new works are registered, about evenly divided between the performing arts and films, video or radio.

UCL, Université Catholique de Louvain - Louvain, Belgium
Nowadays the Visual Communications group of the UCL Telecommunication Laboratory is composed of 20 persons conducted by Prof. Benoît Macq. Three kinds of activity are covered by the group: Research in some aspects of image processing and communications, development projects and prototypes, services to industry.
